My experience with Brenda was very unprofessional, she did not pay me as she should have paid me! It took a client of hers to insist she pays me for the services rendered to him. Brenda is not real compassionate and speaks to her clients In a very condescending way!

I love this place Iam so glad I found a place that cares about my child and the needs to help me.Everyone should have this agency.just so people know anything bad wrote on this company as of today would be lying this is the best I. Will tell everyone my child needs 24hour care and if a worker cant show up she cant get anyone she will come and help .I love the what she takes her self to help if noone else can.So i wish. her the best and i plan to be with her forever she is great company anyone that needs help needs to talk to her

This place is so unprofessional and unorganized. The only reason I chose this company was because of all the good reviews. It seems like these reviews are false because it's been nothing but a headache. If you're looking for a good caring agency this is NOT the place. The "executive director" doesn't communicate as she should with the little clients she does have and is always on vacation. Really wish I could have gave a 0 rating

I Care Healthcare is a phenomenal and well staffed agency. My my nephew started going here about 8 months ago the staff have made it feel like a home to him. The staff is always available to answer questions. They are so polite and respectful and genuinely care that my nephew experience here is one of the best. With his disability they make him feel like a normal kid. I appreciate This agency so much and trust them whole heartedly if I need To refer anyone else here.
